Traditional ventilation hoses are prone to generating static electricity due to friction when conveying air containing dust, fibers, or flammable gases. This accumulated static charge can, upon discharge, trigger serious safety accidents such as dust explosions, fires, or even equipment damage.
Our anti-static PVC-coated ventilation hose was developed to address this core safety hazard. It is a comprehensive safety solution combining anti-static properties, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high flexibility. By laminating a specially formulated conductive PVC coating onto a high-quality polyester fiber base, this hose ensures that static charges generated during air delivery are quickly and safely conducted away, fundamentally eliminating the risk of electrostatic sparks and building a solid defense for your production environment and personnel safety.
